i love walking.because for me it is a form of exercise.the farthest distance that i have walked is 8 kilometers on the road and took me 3 hours to that and consumed two liters of water.so much sweat for that long walk that i have done.i usually walk for a couple of kilometers only but that time i think iwas in the modd for walking thats why i made a personal record for myself in walking less of course of the dead tired shoes and feet.what about you how far have you walked?

The last time I walk that far was when we visited the wake of the Late Master Rapper Francis Magalona. We got arrived there in a taxi, but when we left we walked outside. We are not aware of the place we had been but we saw Corinthian village. Me and my friends were going to Megamall that time and we decided to reach it by walking hahahahaha. We walked for less than 2 hours. And we lose weight and fair skin. I love walking too. Every morning I have 20 minutes of walking going to work. I don't care if I will perpire, for me it is good for the heart and a simple exercise.

that was a really long walk you got there when you walked from Corinthians to Megamall to think that you walk 2 hours.im sure you were tired after that.by the way you forgot to tell what time was that.if its in the afternoon then its kind of tiring to walk that long under the heat of the sun. thanks for the response

Walking is good for our health. I can also walk for a long distant. Actually everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour. I regard it as my daily exercise. In the weekends sometimes we will go to the mountains and just want to do more exercise. It is tiring, but we are happy. I love China

I don't know how many kilometers but you are a filipino so you know how far is Pasig to Antipolo church. That is the farthest I ever walked.

yeah! If my destination is not too far I'd prefer to just walk to get there. But I think the longest I've walked was from EDSA-Kamuning all the way to Tomas Morato. It was 2am and I had no change with me. (I was too stubborn to walk a few steps to the only ATM open at Makati, thinking I had enough change in my pocket to get home, but found out I was short)lol I had a nice 20min walk anyways, it was fun and I just thought of considering it as an early morning exercise. lol

The most that I can do is one to two kilometers and this was the time when I had no money to pay for jeepney or bus fare because I left my wallet at home. I had to walk home that time from work.

I honestly dont know har far I can walk. I am totally out of fitness so I should be walking. It is the only kind of exercise I kind of like. A few years back, I did go walking around my neighbourhood, prbably for about 20 to 30 minutes. What motivated me back then, was that I used a p;\edameter to count my steps. It would be good to see if I could increase the amount of steps I could do every day. The problem being with that idea is that no pedometer I had would work properly, or at least keep working. I wanted a pedamoeter that I could wear all day, so I could count total steps over one day, not just when I walked around the area.

havent you tried walking just to catch some fresh air?taking some timeout from your daily routines.im sure will like it and gives you a good exercise too.you dont have to count every step you just enjoy the things around you and you wont notice that you have walked farther than before. thanks for your response.
