Do you ever feel like this?..especially after you've spent several minutes of your time writing a couple paragraphs full of information. Sometimes I do feel like this but then i think, It doesnt really matter if someone reads or responds to my discussion, its just feels good to let some things out.

Well yeah, I think all of us here feels that way. I mean, thats the point of posting a discussion, right? To let everyone read it.

hi lanlan yes and you have my utmost sympathy as it goes withe the mylot territory and being new. I was once there and felt the same way. I made almost the same sort of plea, and one thing I was told really stuck with me. do not give out the best response to the responses in your discussion too early. wait until people have had a chance to see it and to respond. sometimes people are away from home or busy with their jobs and families and take awhile to respond. also the other tip this older mylotter gave me was to keep posting and responding to other's discussion. as the new kid on mylot you need to get your name known and seen on others discussions. then they will say oh lanlan really does respond to me, I am going to have to check out her discussions or his , and you will begin to get all sorts of responses to your own discussions. so hang in there you will get responses and a lot of them too. good luck and God bless.

Yes, on a couple of my discussions that did not receive responses, I was hoping that I would get a response. And I have also felt this way when, I wanted a reply so badly to an issue that I was dealing with. It seems like I could never get a response to that particular discussion. It took so long for me to get a reply. I will have to be more patient. But this is only when I am desperate for feedback. I am normally not like this. I will just give others time to respond back to my discussions.

So many times I've felt like starting a discussion not really expecting a response. Many times I just want to express myself. I should start doing it. After all, you never know what kind of a reaction you're going to get from anyone. Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija
