Yesterday, I try to bake duck, but it seems duck have so much fat, during the baking time the smell just come out of oven. It smell really good, but today the smell is still very strong. I already use spray and open door and window, but it's kind cold today, Is there anyother way to eliminat the smell? And during the baking, the oil from the duck just mess the oven, how to clean the oven? The duck is delicious, but the mess is so huge, I think I will never bake a duck again!

Well lighting a candle would somehow take the odor away. Perhaps you should try it. But with the oven, I think the best option would be is to place charcoal inside. Charcoal absorbs and usually it takes out the bad smell or odor. In my case, when I turn of the refrigerator for quite a time, usually it will smell awful. I place charcoal inside and it eliminates the bad odor. Its worth a try.

try having baking soda exposed to wherever there is a smell you don't like. or try charcoal wrapped in fancy cloth but still somewhat exposed to absorb any odor. or better yet put charcoal in a pretty container making sure it is still exposed so there would be odor absorption. they're cheap and for migraine prone people like me a sure bet these two wouldn't trigger it.
