I hate this, especially when its a movie I wanted to see. I also hate it when I accidently ovehear someone giving a synopsis of a movie, especially when I'm on the bus. Then I try to tune them out. Or when I am talking with a group of people and 4 out of 5 saw the same movie and they want to discuss it. Then I'm screaming frantically for them to hush. Don't you hate it when someone ruins the end of a movie? Especially a movie you've been dying to see?

I've had this experience not with a movie, but with a book. Someone spoiled the ending of "Half-Blood Prince" for me, and I refused to speak with him for about a year or two after that. It's the same principle, though...if someone were to ever spoil the end of a movie I want to see really badly, they would immediately be on my bad side for an indeterminate amount of time.

I like to read brief summaries but not a full synopsis. I hate when I am reading a summary of a movie and it turns out to be full of spoilers. Grrr....

i really don't care either way. i don't mind hearing the ending because i keep asking while watching. i get tiffy when i ask and they don't tell. i'm the kind of person who wants to know and just knowing it doesn't ruin it for me. i like the whole process of getting there and of course how they play it out. since the cinematography impresses me more then the storyline.

I love knowing the ending of movie,it tells me if the movie is worth watching or buying or not.I really hate it when I lay my hard earned cash to see or buy a movie with a crappy ending.I would have preferred to save the cash for something else. One movie I thought had a crappy ending was Hancock, man that was a sucky ending. Now I only go see or buy movies that I know doesn't have a crappy ending.

Yes, this can be nerve wracking especially if I had major plans to go and see this movie. It is like spoiling a big surprise that I had planned for a long time. The interest of this movie is now ruined by someones comment. But, I still will want to go and see this movie anyway.

Yes, that is very frustrating. I don't mind getting a synopsis because I do want to know the basic premis of a movie before I know if I'm interested in seeing it. I've been guilty of giving away the ending a few times in my life and just when I realized what I did I felt soooo bad and vow to NEVER do that again!

Ha..At my old school we would watch movies in one of my classes. There was always atleast one person who saw the movie and thought it would be okay to tell the whole movie. It would irritate me and others who didn't see the movie

I am with you, lanlan. I really do. It is very annoying. Telling them to hush never seems to work for me. It's like they enjoy spoiling the ending for me.

I know you are all going to hate me for this, but this is one of my worst habits. If anybody asks me about a movie, I will give my opinion follwed by a "but it was a shame when [insert brief description of movie ending]". Annoying? Yes. Has it caused many rage-induced outbursts? More times than I care to remember. I'm an a**, I know, but it's just one of my few ways of irritating people

Have you been in the movie theater and the people in front of you spoil the end of the movie? People go to see the same movie for a second time and talk though it. Now I wait and rent most movies.

I agree. I don't see the point in going back to the theaters. If you like it so much just rent, or better yet, buy the movie when it comes out. Sometimes you can watch it online for free (even though its illegal).

I do hate if someone is narrating a movie. I do often encountered these people in my work. Especially if they watched and movie which I intended to watch. Many would just say watched it and you'll enjoy. But some may even narrate the entire plot and even those scene that makes the movie exciting. That indeed pissed me off.

Well, I gotta say that I dislike being told about a movie I was going to see. But I can't say I hate it, especially when someone is very amusing about the movie. Actually, I don't get too exiting about hearing someone told about a movie, even the movie I like. But under any circumstances, I myself cannot hold myself much when I am to tell people about the movie I like.

I really hate if someone tells the end of a movie. My interest is lost when I know the end of the movie especially the suspense movies. I really don't like to tell someone or hear form someone the end of the movie. I never discuss the movie with my friends which I am about to see.
