West at home

I worked for them for several years. At one time, is was our sole income. I made enough to pay bills and get by. Though I had a great call. Then they lost the contract, the volume dropped, and everyone was training for a lot of different low volume calls. I could sit for a shift and only get a couple of calls and since it was paid per minute, there was little income. I gave it up. It was nice for the over tow years it lasted. They are still around, and still havve a couple of the same calls, but I know it is still a fight for work, and now they actually charge for a background check, though it is peaid training now, and many calls offer minimum wage.
