Whos the true terrorist?

Now we can hear terrorist is more frequently than before. But news and the fact sometimes is different. In the news tell about the terrorist is a people in Irak and around (like hamas, al-qaida, and the others). but the fact I saw in the video on facebook, the army of US act as a terrorist, e.g. they throw grenade to the citizen animal husbandry, hit the car with tank, and destroy the civilian car. So who's the true terrorist? The civilian or the moslem organization in mid east or the army or the leader which order to attack Irak?
