My favorite motto is: You may fool all the people some of the time; you can even fool some of the people all the time; but you can't fool all of the people all the time. I love China

I dont think its a motto but it makes sense and I like it and it was given by Sebastian, Ariels' friend in the Little Mermaid and he said, "if you wanna make things right, go gotta do it yourself". Sometimes I feel like I cant rely on anybody to do things for me. Like for example if I would ask somebody to do something for me and he would say later then I can still consider but if I have to wait for the person for more than 1 hour and eventually forget what I told him to do then I do it myself. At least, if you did it yourself and it went wrong you have nothing else but to blame yourself and not other people.

there are many that i've come across that i really like and agree on. but the simplest and easiest to remember, and of course being that it motivates me would be, "if they can do it, so can i" i usually apply this to my studies and physical activities. i'm not the brainy sort so i don't aim for really outstanding marks but i expect myself to be at least a little better than average if possible, and the motto helps me build up my morale. also, i don't have as much stamina as i would like. i'm considered weak by my younger siblings. i'm the oldest by the way. but this motto helps me push myself. of course there are limits as to how much i can do, but i know that i've pushed myself to the best i can do and my motto helps me push a little more when i'm already tired out. it's because of this i guess that i did really well in my running and physical tests in school. of course now that i'm a housewife, i don't have much to push for or do really well at but still this motto encourages me.
