Can you be friend with your colleagues?

What do you think that take the colleagues as your friend?
I'm very closed to one of my colleague, it can called friend. But during work, you hard to say sharply words to them, they will feel hurt. It's not only relate to work, but also personal feelings. I don't like this part, I just want to be nice to people around me, some people may become friends unconsiously.

Dear friend,
Sure, I would also like to be friendly with my colleagues. Moreover I do have some special good friends who are my colleagues too. We really enjoy our time and much cooperation and understanding also is got from them especially when I deal them with much friendly way.
