RnB songs or Ballad songs is this same or not?

i love listening to Ballad songs espesially when days you just wanted to be alone to your house. But i am a RnB song lover also especially when my group friends visited me... do you things this songs are just same or maybe they still different.. maybe i cannot compare it because i love listening them both..

RnB is not my favorite type of song, but I do listen to them once in a while. I easily get bored when I am listening to it constantly. Maybe I don't have a sentimental heart...lol...For me this type of songs are just the same that's why i don't fancy them...
