i think u have got payment twice i think like me.first time i have got 2$ and second time i requested payment when i reached payment after 3$.i only accumilated upto 3$,because to rent 20 referrals for 5$(first 2$ which are in my alertpay account + this 3$). so now i am on way for 3rd payment ie for 4$.
upto now i didn;t notice this increase in payment of neobux.i didnt notice for 3$ and now two days back i have seen for 4$ payment.then also i didnt know why it is like this. other friends told the increase in neobux payment.that is useful for me and u also i think.
hope u and me understand now i think about neobux payments.

Each time you cashout out it goes up by a dollar...but it appears that you knew that as you had expected it to be $3 instead of the $2 you start at when you first make an account...It might be that you have already cashed out twice, and just assumed everything after the second time would be at $3???

I am not sure. But I know if you ask for the payment at the first time, the payout is USD2, the second time is USD3, the third time is USD4...etc. So perhaps this is already your third payment and therefore it has such a requirement. But the maximum payout is USD10 at the end.
I love China

Maybe you already requested $3 before so that makes for you your next cash out at $4.

first payout is $2,2nd is $3,3rd is $4 and hence it will increase by 1$ each time till it finally reaches $10.once you reach $10 then it will never going to increase..i mean ur minimum payout will be $10 henceforth.
THE REASON BEHIND THIS:
most of the sites keep a minimum payout at $2 at the start which a member can reach in 1 n half month without referrals.now when a member is payed once,it helps in BUILDING TRUST of member and that member will PROMOTE that site n try to get referrals by showing to others the payment proof.once he gets 3-4 referrals, now it is easy for him to cashout at $3. second payment MOTIVATES that member more and now he is sure that site is trusted and member try to get more referrals and hence minimum payment increases each time. also it is difficult to manage for the site to give payment everytime at $2.SO THEY WANT US TO BE ACTIVE ON THEIR SITE.
ALSO I GUESS EVERYTIME U CASHOUT THROUGH PAYPAL,U ARE CHARGED 4 CENTS AS PROCESSING FEE

I know this post might be a little off topic, but I just find it kinda funny that all the responses that people are posting are the same or relatively similar despite the fact that you have already said you understand...just an observation really =P

Wow, this is interesting. I haven't tried neobux and so wasn't aware that there were sites that had varying cashouts based on the number of cashouts.

No, I didn't know that neobux changed their min payout. I already cash out twice which is $2 and $3, now I need to reach $4 for my next cash out..have you cashed out before?

Is this your first time cashing out or your 3rd time, because NeoBux always increase the minimal Payment every time you cashout. It will increase until you reach $10. But if this is actually the first time you are cashing out, maybe they really are changing the rules. Try check their forum for more information.

Maybe someone cashout without your knowledge. The cashout is $2 & increase it in another transaction of it. So you must find out to your history in neobux & email them why is like that. You're responsibility to clear the issue & learn from it.
