How to connect the registration page to the private server I'm making... Help..

Right now I'm making a private server on an online game FLYFF. I already edited the original client from the original server and saved on my data base. I already have a website (free). But my problem now is on how to connect the registration page to the private server. I mean, If they register on my webpage, I could my private server recognize the registered member? I hope there's someone out there who knows a lot about this matter and share the knowledge. Thanks in advance..
