I don't say No to my friend, yet.

Hi everyone, Last night one of my friends asked me to go shopping with her. In fact, I didn't want to go. I know I should refuse her demand. However, I could not bring myself to say no to her. Finally I still had to go shopping with her. So what do you think?

I agree that you are a good friend. Don't worry about it. Just look at it this way: you got to bond a little, got some exercise walking around, and if you're like me, it got you away form the tv or internet.

Well, you're such a pal even if you didn't want to go shopping with her. With true friends, I think they would also understand if they are being declined to, and would also be willing to make up for it. But if the problem is you really can't afford to say no, you must learn how to say it sometimes and feel good about it.
