Picture Forum games?

Are Forum Games where you draw in MSPaint/PS/Gimp/Other allowed?
I'm asking this because in the rules it mentions No Polls or the counting game (which results in a wall of text), but this kind of game actually requires some effort and can be fun.
Is it allowed?

No, no games as discussions are allowed. While they might be a lot of fun, they usually don't encourage quality discussions.
