How often do you hit your snooze button in the morning?

I always use alarm clock to help me wake up in the morning just in case I wouldn't notice the time. But every time it alarms I hit the snooze button and go back to sleep or just continue lying and then 5-10 minutes later it alarms again and then I hit again the snooze button. I can say, I often hit the snooze button 4-6 times before waking up.
Sometimes, I enter classes late or sometime I'm late with my friends meeting and they have to wait for me. I'm not doing it all the time, but maybe most of the time. lol. My friends and some of my teachers would notice that and they know that as much as I know it. I say I'd rather sleep late than waking up early. =)
How about you? Do you have any difficulties in waking up early or being on time? How many times you hit the snooze button iin the morning?

Every morning without fail, I will hit my snooze button a few times before I finally drag myself out of bed, to get ready for work. Since I know I have this habit, I often set the alarm to be at least 15 minutes earlier. That helps, and so far, I have not been late for work.

yeah, i do that too. my way to get up is i have a special alarm clock that hangs from the ceiling. every time i hit the snooze button it retracts 6 in. so after 2 times of hitting the snooze button i have to stand up to turn it off!!

I always hit the snooze button. That's why I'm usually late for work. But I've been trying to improve really hard, and I can truly say that I've improved a lot in the past few months. Sometimes I have relapses, but I still try to fight these. I wasn't late for work today. ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

I usually hit it only once, because I get woken up some 5 minutes before the clock. My mother wakes me up before going to work, so when the clock rings, I know it's just the right time to get up. Sometimes, when I really feel I need some more sleep, I let the clock ring for a second time too, but this doesn't happen too often.

Well, I never use an alarm clock anymore. When I did, I do admit there were times where I did smash that button. Whether it be with my fist or in an attempt to smother the clock with my own pillow, there is just something about an alarm waking me up that irritates me. When I finally started getting up on my own time and schedule, everything worked out so much better for me.

Usually I would wake up when the alarm goes off at my alarm clock. But sometimes I was too tired and left the alarm ringing. Because I use my mobile phone as alarm clock, I have to climb up and touch the snooze button on the touch screen. So by the time I completed this action I had fully waken up. But there were times I would just stuff the mobile phone under a thick blanket so the alarm would not disturb me.

I rarely use alarm clock when waking up. I always woke up on my waking hour. So when I use alarm clock that is if I really need to wake up an hour earlier or much much earlier. Most often I get up when the clock alarms when it's something really important to wake up early. Then there were times that I hit the snooze button once or twice. And I get up after that. Then there was a time that I hit the snooze button three times then I woke up late LOL. This happened when I need to wake up an hour earlier for a morning walk.

I usually pressed once and then lay for a while before waking up. But after a while, you will get use to the alarm song and you are not aware that you can even snooze or stop it in your sleep and you'll wake up the next day losing your time because you already pressed the stop button!

i don't know how much times i hit snooze, but it usually goes on for about two hours. it doesn't make me late because i have more self-discipline than that. and i would much rather wake up early than sleep in late because i hate thinking of the day that's going to waste or the things that could have gotten done.

Oh jeez, I HAVE to hit the snooze 2 times before getting up. At least I did when I had a job to go to. Now I don't even set the alarm. I'm doing better, though. When I was in high school that snooze button was pushed at least 7 times. Luckily I had study hall first period. I can't just get up that first beep, even though I never really fall back asleep, and probably wouldn't be any more tired without it
