is swimming a good exercise for people?

I only swim when we are having guests or friends outing. When we are swimming, we easily get tired especially when we are having a ball game! It is so fun and it is a kind of exercise for us! Some people are swimming to exercise and somehow loose some fat in their body! It is a good exercise for us people :D

Swimming is a highly recommended exercise. It builds up every muscle in the body, from head to toe. Since a lot of fats are burned up in the process, it is definitely ideal for people who are trying to cut down on their weight.

I love swimming!! If you do it enough, you can eat anything you want and still loose weight. Or at least thats what happens for me.

Just like me. I love swimming so everytime my friends invited me in any occasion i always go with them. But i also felt the same. Get tired easily may be because im not doing it regularly.

Swimming is a VERY GOOD EXERCISE! I used to swim everyday and lost LOTS of weight. But now I have been very lazy, so fat has grown on my thighs and belly. I need to get into the habit of swimming again, because it is the best way to lose weight!
