Best friend or just friend

Hi friends, many times it is said that one who has true friends is the lucky, we all have friends some are best friends and some are just friends, how can you decide that one who claims to be your friend is your best friend or just friend, I mean what are the scales to measure the intensity of friendship, if we calculate on the basis of conversation we had with that friend, ..... anyone can tells lie, if on the basis of his/her attitude ..... anyone can acts.. so how we decide, any suggestions?

Hi vishalkgupta ,genuine friendship or best friend can be determined by daily attitude of that friend..for example, if u have difficulties, the friend is willing to help u /the friend will not tell others u secret/ the friend will protect u from enemies... If u friends show one of the attitudes above, it can be confirmed the friend can be trusted , and be u best companion in u life... Hope u can follow my advices....and hope they will help u...
