roses, diamonds , flowers, etc etc ! Go an a shopping spree! tell her how special she is to you! Have a moon-light dinner! Thant should do the trick!

Okay since you asked..I'm not sure exactly what he's looking for but I'll give you some ideas..How about breakfast in bed, a random way of saying I love you-like chocolates, or even a note or rose, or maybe a romantic candlelit dinner. I think I speak for all women-we like the assurance and showmanship of love.

Hmmm....I will post this on his wall.
I think he will do the notes cause he is a non-working student now so might not be able to afford much chocolates and super candle lit dinner...where? his room or...lol

Money isn't always the way to a woman's heart..Well, here's a few more-with Valentine's day coming up- he could take her on a picnic-stargazing-or even give her a coupon book of things like: massages, footrubs, etc
I once dated a guy like this..and I was head over heals. He'd take me out stargazing, marshmallow toasting..you know cheap but memorable stuff! Unfortunately he didn't feel the same..but I know I'll always miss him! Good luck to your friend :)
