Hello Lotters,
Frankly, am not supposed to start a discussion about something but waiting to load from this site for more than a minute is something that makes me..uh..lazy from going forth participating.
I know it's been an issue for quite sometime and i do hope that this site has not been defeated or penetrated by a virus or something. 
.
If keeps up i might as well spend more time with my newly downloaded WAR GAME which i had almost three days ago and it's been keeping me awake.
Hope that the Admin is doing there best they can to resolve this. or i fear that i might not make it again this month.

Hello diamania,
I think i was making this discussion when mylot was a lot slower but it seems that it's different now from before. i have speed test my internet and it's a bit fast and other site load faster than mylot yesterday. am hoping this fast looad will continue.

Yes, Mylot was slow yesterday. I have opened all the discussion coming from my friends and I put all my responses but when I hit the post response button the message says, run time error. And I lost all my responses. My earnings did not increase because of that. I am also afraid that virus entered Mylot or there is a increasing number of posting per day. I hope they will able to solve it so that everybody can participate without problems.

hi I ran into the same thing yesterday runtime error all of last night from about nine on I was off and could not get back on at all. my virus scan did not show any virus at all.

I got so pissed as well. I have opened more than six tabs of good discussion and i couldn't reply to them all simply because the site was too slow. something happened to mylot alright but am glad they're okay now. am just not sure what they did since it was so slow yesterday

I logged in here yesterday, hoping to respond to some discussions from friends. As usual, I opened many tabs for this purpose. Unfortunately all turned to blank page and feeling fed up of waiting, I decided it was just another day that I won't be able to mylotting here. I didn't know about the problem as it has been quite some times for me since the last time I logged in. Thanks for the info. At least, I know it's not only me who's having the problem. But, it seems to be alright today *smiles*

Not only that it's empty but too slow as well. last night i got really tired and decided to at least play my favorite war games in the PC. it's been like few days or so. this run time error probably one of their glitches and now it's back. it's been a problem for days but i wasn't that eager to mylot then.1 person likes this

Hello neildc,
I am using Globe broadband but i downgrade it since the 2mb bundle is way too expensive. i guess it has something to do with mylot, laptop is good and i wish i could just use a laptop as well but can't afford to buy one. it's a bit fast now. have a great day

right now mylot is pretty good; yesterday so... slowwwww.. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but mylot is OK for me as I write this. it also helps that I got rid of a dam spyware site that seems to have been tracking me all over the internet. hopefully mylot will continue to stay like this.

from mylot is really really slow.Somethimes I can just read the titles.I can't help

My guess is that MyLot have spent an hour or two updating something or other. We should fully expect to see some speed issues and problems from time to time over the next few weeks. Alice carried a huge list of bugs, suggestions and improvements to be discussed and implemented. You simply cannot expect the BIG changes that we shall doubtless see in the near future to come with no overhead in terms of speed, downtime and other minor glitches.

I've been away for quite some time so I don't know if the site is slow or not. But I haven't had any issues with signing in or posting replies. My internet connection is generally slow since the weekend, so I always attribute the slowness to my internet service provider first before anything else.

What's your service provider by the way? am using globe broadband but i decided to downgrade it from 2mb to 384 kb because it's way way too expensive for us and we kept beign disconnected due to late payments. imagine, more than fifty dollars a month and more if we don't pay on time

Yeah I experience that yesterday. I am thinking that Mylot is doing something, maybe doing maintenance work. I think at this early they have to prepare to get from the database all members that have reach payout and they need to get the exact amount of money to disburse to this members.

Yes they are doing something, like getting rid of the slowness that has given it's users one heck of drain. like me, i just transfered my energy into playing which was pretty useless but i enjoyed it so well.

It always happen towards the month end as everyone is rushing to reach payout so the system get jammed up. It is not surprising to see many just leave mylot for some other sites because they can't wait for the slow loading up. Other times it is working normally. Usually I don't log in to mylot when it is few days before the month end. I can foresee the slowness in loading up.

actually, the other site mypage5 is a lot slower than mylot. it so happened that mylot had it's moment of glitches so that's why people get so upset in the middle of their mylotting. it was kinda slow yesterday as if i can't even log in. nice to see you again

I’m in Australia so I am a little confused over times but I did notice yesterday that MyLot was a bit slow and I lost a couple of posts because it took such a long time to load that by the time it went through my text would disappear! It happened two or three times yesterday although this morning I am not having any hassles at all. It is probably normal of any site to have slow days, I guess.

One time, it said RUNTIME Error and that the server is low in my area! lucky for you it was only slow.

Well, that's a good motivation. as for me, I didn't reached it because of computer problems but was active from time to time and not all the time. end of 2010 is a long time there my friend. i just hope mylot doesn't experienced being hacked for real, am glad they stood still after all these years. have a great day

i wonder why some people feel that Mylot is very slow. frankly speaking here, i do not have any problem loading mylot. and i do believe that every body else will be the same since the web are not heavy as the social networking sites which have lots of pictures.

hi letranknight25 I am also having slow loading of responses, like two minutes or more. I have sent two complaints to mylot admins who said we will work on the problem. so hope so as its
a tad more frustrating each time I have to wait and wait. It did'perk up yesterday but I got thrown clear off mylot and could not get back on later last night , runtime error the page read,
I finally gave up and hit my music files and just relaxed.I still made about twice as much as I thought I would yesterday considering how slow it loaded then I could not get back on at all about nine last night. wow.
