You can give a name of a site without giving the url. You should be a bit more spsific when trying to promote something, this doesn't appear to make much since. At least to me it doesn't. I'm sorry about this, but I'm not going to lie. Give more details in your posts please. I'm sure there may be someone out there that knows what you're talking about.
