Did you tried sleeping pills . Some people are addicted to sleeping pills. Many of them started as a hobby and some people cam mot sleep without the pills. Do you ever had the pills ? what is your opinion about having a pill occassionally for getting the relief from the tensions???

Hi friend... In my opinion don't even take sleepig piles even occasionally.... If you are unable to sleep at right time means just do meditation or take up some yoga activities regularly....

No, I have never taken a sleeping pill. I used to take tylenol pm, one of those would knock me out. Then once I had children, I do not want to take anything that might impare me from taking care of them. Like if they were sick in the middle of the night and I did not hear them to wake up.

I take sleeping pills occasionally during my examination time and at the time of my result out or when I get much tension. I think addition of sleeping pills is very bad. It is a fact that some people can not sleep without taking sleeping pills. Some people use it for getting relief form the tension.

I think, it's better to avoid it completely. In my opinion if you too often using sleeping medicine, your body will adjust to it and you can’t sleep without it anymore. Have you consider your diet? Some foods may cause insomnia and like coffee, it’s better to not drink it after lunch time, because it will be in your system for 6 hours. You may want to try NLP Brainwaves called sound sleep. Simply put your headphones on ot stereo speaker on in your bedroom playing that delta waves, it will induce your brain to sleep.
