You can't. Once it has been posted it's out there. Maybe if breaks mylot's rules it'll get deleted by the administrators. Or you could try contacting them to see if they will delete it for you. But I think will have to let it ride.

you cant. that has been suggested many times to the mylot admin but for some unknown reasons, they wont allow us. any post that break rules of mylot will be automatically deleted though. you can try to ask mylot admin if they can delete it for you.

If you already posted it,you can not delete it!there is no way to edit or delete the discussions posted. you can preview it before posting,then you can avoid some mistakes,or just not post it. then you can emailt to mylot admin and ask them for a help.i used this way to delete a discussion that i was not satisfied with.
