Is anyone a member of Pinecone?

Well my mom is a member of Pinecone and I have always wanted to be part of the site but it seems so hard to qualify for it. Every time I see the banner or a promotion for the site I always jump right on it. Now I saw that they say that if I qualify to be part of the research that they will send me an email in a few days. Well to be honest I wonder how easy it is because I have tried at least a good 4-5 times in the last 1 and half years. I am always honest when I answer the starter part of the qualification part of the sign up process but it is a dud when I don't receive the email saying congrats. So if you are a member how easy was it for you to become a member? Also do you think I should just give up on trying to become a member or should I keep trying? I am so lost on what I should do. Any advice or even success stories will be so nice.

You should just keep trying. I have never tried to join but I've heard that it's a great (and very legitimate) site and that it's also very, very tricky to join. Something about invitation only? If you think it's going to be worth all the trouble in the long run, you might as well keep trying until you can become a member.

Hello, yes you are right about all of the above, now it is just becoming a member of the place. That is why I decided that I was going to continue to keep trying. Have you tried to become a member of it?

I have been a member for a long time now. At least 3 years. At first I received tons of surveys and received the check for them a couple of days. However now I have not received any surveys for almost a year now. Before I stopped receiving the surveys they changed their payment option to paypal which was definitely great it was a lot faster.

Hello, I know that my mom said since she has been a member she has received many surveys and then my grandma said that she has not received any for a while. I would not even if I got only like 10 a year just as long as I can be a member of it. I love doing surveys and am always looking for new researchers that need members.

I am a member of the UK Pinecone and can sympathise as I went through about 18 months of trying to find the banners and then when I did I never got a reply. The thing is and I am sure you realise this, but when they offer up sign up opportunities they are looking for a certain type of person but never tell you what that is. So I would say firstly always be honest when you get a chance to register because it wouldn't give you any better chance if you made up a persona you think would be more acceptible. Secondly don't give up as although I probably only get 6 surveys through a year from them they are always quick, easy and guaranteed money. So just keep on trying and I am sure soon you will qualify.

Yes I do realize that they are looking for certain people each time. I always make sure that I answer the questions honestly. Although it would be nice if it was easier to become a member. But I am willing to keep trying even if it takes me 3 years or longer to become a member. 18 months is a lot of work but I bet it was worth it though. Well I am going to keep on with the journey of trying to become a member.

i dont know what pinecone is..can you explain to me first if you dont mind??
now to answer your question i dont think you should give up if you are really interested in joining it you know,you have tried form such a long time and now if you give up all thoase tries will go in vain..i think you should keep trying no matter what happens

Hello it is a research company were you complete surveys and for each survey you complete you get paid 3.00 dollars to your paypal. My mom said that she gets about 3-9 dollars a week from them for completing surveys. You know what you are right and I am not going to give up because that would be waste of time when I did try to become a member. So I am going to keep hanging in there and hope for the best each time I try to become a member.
