Do you whistle song?

Do you enjoy whistling? Me, I think it's one of my habit. Sometimes instead of singing, I just do whistling with the tune of the song. I usually whistle song if I don't memorize it's lyrics. I think whistling is a one way of relaxing. How about you, do you whistle song?

I remember my dad attempting to teach me to whistle when I was about six years old. To this day, many, many years later I still cannot whistle a tune! I can do a single whistle but not to a tune and I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I can’t really sing either (LOL)! I may have to practice but I doubt that I would find it relaxing or that the rest of my family will either!

Well, at least you know how to do a single whistle. Don't feel bad that you can't whistle a tune, there's still a lot of things you can do to relax. I do whistle to the tune of songs. At times I will sing along,
alternate it with whistling. It is fun, really! However, sometimes
I whistled out of tune... It is allright as long as nobody
noticed it. I normally whistle when I am driving

i do that when i do my laundry during weekends. there are times that i don't know the lyrics of that song so i just whistle it. i learned whistling when i was still a first grader.

Singing or just whistling a song can really prevent or relieves stress, that's why it is really helpful when doing chores. It's fun to do and enjoyable. I also learned it when I was young. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

Hi...I often whistle a little song, especially when I'm in a good mood. And yes, it is a good way to "get a song out" without having to remember all the lyrics lol. To me, it is a happy sound.

I think it is a good way to relax. When I was young, I use to hear my dad whistle, as in every time and I learned how to whistle too. I like to whistle. =) But my boss thinks its very unusual and it is his first time to hear a woman whistle. But I dont really care. I like doing it anyway.

Occasionally I will find myself whistling, but the majority of the time I am much more likely to sing. The reason for this is probably because I was in the chorus in school when I was younger and I have always been very drawn to music. In addition, when I am whistling I find it very hard to keep things in tune. This is also the reason that I never took up a winded instrument when I was a younger woman.

I hate whistling. I find it rather annoying. I hate when people are wandering around whistling to them self. It's annoying because not everyone wants to hear them.

i like whistling ,but i'm not good at it, can just have a little sound, but no melody. my little brother is good at whistling, and in this matter I am very envious of him.
