It depends on your financial condition if your financial condition is stable you can go on for a car. If you have decided to purchase a car then sit and decide what is your budget and what is the amount of loan can you take based on your salary.
Ya as you have mentioned about the rise and fall in prices, that is very common and have to cope up with it because there is no other chance you have. The government decides the price structure. So take the best step and later do not repent for it.

Just try and limit your travels to what it absolutely necessary. Before you go out, ask your question. Is this something that I really need to do? Limiting travel can cut down on the amount of fuel that needs to be purchased. So, going somewhere for the sake of going somewhere. A car may be necessary for certain aspects, but be smart about when you need to use it.

I agree to your response megamatt. So one must think first if its necessary or not.Consider also the alternative to take public transport to save on fuel expenses.
Thank you for your time.

It depends upon your purchasing power or financial capacity. If you think you can purchase the car,and you can provide it with fuel daily, there's no problems on it.
But, If you think that you can do it with minimal possibility, and that you made it from your loans, you better think thrice.
