Actually a cure is possible... although it is a bit cruel. Simply round up all those with incurable STDs and drop them off somewhere devoid of disease free humans. In time, they could only die out and then the diseases would be gone forever.

Aids has no cure. The only way to keep it under control would be for people to act more responsibly. People who are infected with the disease need to take precautions so they do not pass the disease to others. Unfortunatly, there are too many people out there who do not even realize they have the disease. This makes it imposible to control it, if people don't even know they have it. There are many others who just don't care and others who TRY to spread it. Unless a cure is found, I think AIDS will continue to spread at a rapid rate.
