Most of the time,a whole day work is busy and always makes me tired. After work, what I want to do most is close my eyes and crouching in the sofa or bed ,without anything in my mind, after a long while of that ,I may feel better. Sometimes ,I may call some friends having dinner together or singing in KTV.I don't think those are best way to release myself.can I share your method?

Whenever I get home after a long and hard working day, I go straight to the bathroom. I sit on the toilet for about an hour, close my eyes, take a dump, and then flush my stress away. Works like magic.

Mine, since my transportation time is from work to home takes 2 hrs, I just listen to music the whole time and enjoy the sceneries of my travel. Once I reached home I would normally go online and do some stuffs in facebook and check my emails as well, but if we're talking about releasing stress I would just go in our backyard sit in our nippa hut's stairs, feel the wind and watch birds take a bath in our mandmade water way while listening to the music.
