Where do you sit down to eat your meals?

I have no certain places to sit down while eating. 60% times i take it in kitchen floor with my families. 20% times i eat sitting on bed and rests are chair sitting. Lol

In my family morning becoz of the busy work we eat like having plate in hand nd doing some other work on the other hand. But definetly at dinner time we sit on the floor as circle , switch off the Tv , radio, ipods and all,talking to each other, laughing, kidding and enjoy the food. This is a strict rule in our house

I eat where I want at the time. It could be the kitchen, living room, or the bedroom. I also eat in front of the computer. I have no regular place to eat. It is just me and my animals. I prefer to eat on the couch. Happy posting.

It depends on which meal of the day that we are talking about. When it comes to breakfast I will usually eat that while I am watching television soon after I get up. If we are talking about lunch, that is usually a meal that I take while I am playing on the computer. Now, dinner has two different places that I will eat at, most of the time I will sit at the dining room table with my husband and the children, but there are times that we are eating dinner while one of my favorite television shows is on and then I will sit in the easy chair that we have in our living room.

Kitchen table or at the counter. I believe that dinette sets are for USING NOT DECORATION!lol

Years ago I climbed up my treehouse and ate my lunch there. My grandaunt saw me from the window of the dining room and she began to spread the gossip. Its only sad she burned the tree and my treehouse. Poverty is the reason. She never had children as she lived alone while my parents always keep their money theirs. She sold the coals of the tree. Its such a cruel act and the tree is more than 40 ft tall yet she did it. Shes 87 by August.

Hi Mady!^^ Well, of course the common place to eat is at the kitchen table. I'm sure everybody eats there at least once a day. I do.^^ But like you, I sometimes eat in front of the TV too while watching the news or something. That would usually be during dinner after I got home from work. In the morning I always eat my breakfast at the kitchen table together with everybody. At work during lunch, there's a kitchen where we can eat our meals. Sometimes if I'm not in the mood to eat with them, or if I'm just feeling lazy to go there, I just eat in front of my computer while watching something.^^ Before, during weekends, I used to eat lunch and snacks in front of my computer while watching a movie or a drama or something. I tend to eat later than everybody so to avoid being alone in the kitchen table, I just eat in front of my computer.^^

We have a really nice dining room table, but we never really use it. I usually eat while watching the news at night, or watching TV (when I actually watch TV). Sometimes I eat right here at my computer desk. However, I am at work most of the time when I eat, so I usually eat standing up at one of the prep tables in the back of the restaurant...LOL

When I take my dinner, lunch or breakfast. I am sitting in front of Television. Eat while watching news on CNN...

My husband sits at the table or sometimes on couch, but I always sit at the couch... When we had our granddaughter at home we would sit at the table though..... My husband and I do not eat at the same time because of the way he works...

Well my friend. We the people of Bangladesh are very much fond of family culture. Therefore, we love to eat at the dining table with all our family members. We feel so happy dining together. Have a healthy eating.

I eat a snack in the mornings in front of the laptop in the bedroom where I do some work. In the evenings I eat supper in front of the laptop where I watch movies on Justin.tv.

maybe some people will say, what a question! anyway during meal time, i sit down on the dinning area. It is very seldom for me to sit anywhere during meals.

I take all my meals in front of the t.v.It is the most comfortable place to eat in my house.

I live alone so i eat all the time every meal right in front of my computer. If im not on the computer because of doing something else and its time to eat i turn the computer on and eat there. I will be either online or offline playing sims3.

When I am still small, I always like to sit in front of the tv until when I study at high scholl, I still do the same thing, but this attitude always been scold by my mother, it's said that this is not good to our health. When I start working, I will sit on floor, if my working place do not have canteen for me to sit down. When I am having my meal at home, there is a lot of choice, I will sit in front of the tv or in front of my computer.

Our apartment is really small so our foldable kitchen table is used for bills, books, and various grab and go items. We typically sit on our fouton to eat all of our meals. It's the only place where we actually have room to sit and be comfy while eating. I'd really like to move into a bigger place where we would have room for our nice wooden table and chairs, so we could have real sit down dinners. (sigh) Someday.

on a chair, of course, mady. i don't eat sitting in a sofa or even a divan. if i do it while watching television, i may not be able to enjoy my meal. perhaps, i could glance at the television when it's on, but generally, i focus on my food.

I always eat my dinner in front of my TV. Since I have attached my laptop to my TV, so I can either watch TV show, or stream live TV or movie. Sometimes, I even watch espn360 while I am having dinner in front my TV... Love to have dinner at home :)
