Do you always wear a helmet or a seatbelt while driving?

I wear helmet if i ride through the avenue but rarely wear it if just around my house complex. hehe... what a bad rider! Regarding to seatbelt, I rarely use it unless i'm forced.

I do wear a helmet as it protects you from the damages that you may get after an accident happens to you and sometimes when I am going nearby(about 5 to 10 mins)then I hate to wear a helmet but as it is compulsory to wear then I wear it otherwise they will fine me.And about car I don't like to wear the seat-belt,I wear it only when I see a cop is there then only otherwise I like it open.

I always wear my seat belt while driving or while being a passanger in a vehicle. For one I know if we are in an accident it will help prevent me from being thrown from the vehicle and I have better things to do with $50.00 than donate it to the State Of Michigan.
