old furnitures

At first I usually ask my friends or my relatives if they want the furniture, if they aren't interested I try to sell it or donate it to charity. My ex-boyfriend and I tried to sell some old furniture online, and I posted some pictures of the furniture, but it wasn't easy to sell it, and we ended up donating the furniture to a shop instead. There are some shops in my country which drive around and pick up old furniture, afterwards they sell it and give the money to different kinds of charity.

We sale them, give them to friends or family, or take them to goodwill so that someone who needs it can buy it for cheap. Either that, or if it's too bad we take it to the dump.

We either give it away or donate it to Good Will(a company that helps out people in need). By donating it to Good Will we get to help those in need as well as at the end of the year write the donation off on our taxes
