I know. I am a sensitive type of person. My relatives, friends or those close to me are all aware of that. Sometimes when things go wrong or if Im not in the mood.. it's best to just leave me alone or give me space. I usually deal with things myself and when Im ready that's the time I approach or talk to my friends or others.
I am not really good in confrontations because I almost always end up crying. I remember when I was younger, my mom and I had this agreement that if there are things that I wanted to say but cant say it, I'd write it down. It usually works and helped me a lot in expressing my feelings.
But in general, I would really appreciate it when people would give me time to think and reflect on things or calm myself down before they approach me. how about you? ;D

yes I also think deep breathing is effective in trying to calm ourselves down. Sometimes when we're angry we tend to say things we don't really mean.. and we might end up hurting other people. That's why I think it's best to cool things off a little bit before talking about a sensitive issue or a situation. thanks for sharing. ;D

When I'm in bad mood and something wrong happen, i never talk to others, i prefer arrange all my problems myself, sometimes, i tell some things to some friends but it's all, i reflect myself to find the solutions (and i find it! héhé). But confrontations don't afraid me, i don't say anything and it pass then we forget our confrontation few hours later. ^^

that's true.. sometimes it helps a lot to be able to think things over by yourself.. in that way you wont be influenced by other people in making decisions. It's good to know that you're not afraid of confrontations because there are some people, including me, who are. Either way we all just need enough time and courage to face our problems and work them out. thanks for sharing.. ;D
