Do you like Dell?

My old laptop was Dell, and I was very happy with it, but I have sold it, because I have needed money for my education and now I am using th laptop of my cousin, which is not so good, but it works properly and i have no problems with it at all.

I'm with Dell myself and I have used their customer support in the past and I didn't have any problems, they were really helpful. It sounds like you had a bad experience but overall I think they are pretty good. As I've had such a good experience with them I won't be using anyone else. I think it's the luck of the draw, you would like to think that you are going to receive excellent customer support but this isn't always the case sadly. Now, I do everything myself anyway as I took a course in computer maintenance and installation but it's nice to have Dell in the background if I need them. I am using a dell laptop right now, and I haven't had any problems yet, but then this lapop is only a few weeks old. I have had other computers but I didn't like them as well as I like the Dell. I don't really recommend a compaq, as those computers aren't made all that well, ast least I dion't think so anyway. The next one was a Gateway, and I gave it to my grandson and bought this Dell. I am glad that I bought it, as it is a nice omputer. I hope to use it for a very long time. Take care, and happy mylotting.
