Hello,
I dont know what should I say here... but I just don't know. I feel like, everything is going and left me behind. I couldn't catch up with all the work that I always do. Do you think it is cuz of something wrong with me? or cuz of I think too much? or cuz of I have been sick lately? Stress? or what?
I am trying to take one step at a time but thing just not catching up... once I do this then I forget another one. and I always keep skipping the thing I should be done. Please and please tell me... what should I do?

First of all, DO NOT PANIC. All you need to do is make a list of all the things you have to do and start by the most urgent and important. They should be at the top off the list. We all have our off days or weeks, even. That is life and you have to get used to things like this. I know it sound harsh, but believe me, i have been there, done that and got the sticker to prove it. Just be patient. Don,t try to do all at once. Take it step by step and you will eventually get there. Good Luck.

Well it's ironic that you would be falling apart smileonstar as it's better for you to look at what you have choosen as your user name. I think it's wonderful! As we do have our down days, its better for you to focus on letting them not overwhelm you. You'll find that catching up is a really hard process as it takes so much time. In fact, it might even make you think you're ready to give up! Just step back, take a deep breath, see the situation and handle what you can presently not everything at once. Write down a to-do list and don't trouble yourself if you can't complete it all in one day. It's too much! You're just getting back into the swing so smile on a star if you have :)

I think what you need to do first is get some rest because it sounds as though one of the reasons you are behind with the things you usually do may be because you are simply exhausted. Once you are rested up try to make an attempt at prioritising your chores by making a list and placing all the jobs in order of importance then focus on completely finishing each one before moving onto the next and, before you know it, you will be more up to date and you will feel more in control of things

You are under stress when you always think you are late or worrying too much about time and work it it a sign for you to slow down or take a rest if you could take a vacation to unwind if it is not allowed i your office during time that you are free. you should take a nap, listen to soothing music, read a good book or watch comedy movies, learn to control your mind to think of things which are peaceful and you would realize to take things in a normal manner without being stress or pressured. when you feel something is wrong and despite you are working it out and you still feel being left behind. That is falling under category of depression whether you admit it or not their are something which you worry a lot maybe from work, family or other people which bothering you and never been resolve and it is manifest on how you look at your life and it is reflected in your current situation. The key here is to learn to organize, make a list of your things to do or prioritize so that you would never neglect to do the other things and they should be schedule so their is no skipping and you could observe by doing listing of your priorities it would be easy fro you to remember, then their would be less worries.

hi,
I know, everyone keep saying I should take vacation... it could be stress or something. I wish I could have someone that very nice and good in business take care of my place for a week or so... but no one seem to be right at all.

like you, i know how you feel and i feel most people are going through something similar. my husband got fired from his job right after he was on disability for a doctors ordered leave due to health problems. when the doctor cleared him he tried to return to work, but was then fired. our state is bankrupts and isn't being too fair with supporting us while he tries to find a job in this bad economy. After that happened so many things started happening.
The problem is that when one bad thing happens, everything snowballs and gets bigger and bigger. you kind of act like a deer in headlights and by the time you realize the snowball is heading towards you it's too late and you get caught up in it. from then you can't seem to get out of it until it hits something hard. by then it might even be too late. what we have to remember to do is to keep moving so the snowball doesn't catch up with us. if you keep moving and keep taking care of each problem at a time the snowball should eventually get smaller to a point where you can just take care of it in one shot.
just remember, there are people who ALWAYS feel the same way you do and you're never alone. also remember that there are always people worse off then you are too. i also do. i know that there are people with no place to go and nothing to their name. everyday we strive to not get caught up in the bad things hoping that we can outrun the huge snowball of problems which is always at our feet.

Making lists works best for me, I make one and then I rate the work as to importance and make another list to follow. That way I don't forget and I can always cross one off if it becomes unimportant.

My best advice I could give you is make a to do list. As you do the things you check them off. That way you see visually what you have done and what you have not done. Keep the list handy that way if you think of something you need to do your list is right there and you can write it down. Or keep a journal, at the end of the day write down everything you accomplished in the day. Then look at it and smile and say "hey I did something today!" even if it is only one thing. YOu could also write you reminders of what you need to do the next day. Seems when we are laying in bed is when we are thinking the most of what we need to do or what we should have done. There is your perfect time to write it all down. Good luck to you!

I think you just need to relax. Because it could happen to anyone, it happen to me once in a while. Like i can't do anything right, i made my boss mad at me, made my mom yell at me, made my boyfriend angry on me. I was about to lose my temper, that i take a deep breath, focus on things, and things turns better and better. Don't worry, everything will be okay!

When I am trying on something better then another thing just happened. I dont know why my people around me like to give me something to think about.
I know... I just need to rest and get away from people.

It may be because of your pending jobs. Please prioritize your jobs and keep finishing one by one from the top. Hopefully you will soon be able to cope up with the situation.
