Do you know when someone is just begging on the streets just because they want money? Can you tell if they really are bums or homeless people who really need the money?I ask because sometimes people love to take advantage of this situation just to get money. These kind of peopel make it hard for the real homeless in search of a hand out.can you tell if they're real or not?

It's difficult to tell a beggar from a truly needy person!!! When somebody approaches me asking for money for food, I offer to take them out to eat. If they're truly hungry, they will say thank you & go with you. Those that say no thank you, I'll buy it later, I don't give them a dime. I usually listen to my heart in these situations. It has been my observation that those who truly need help will still say thank you even if you turn them down. The beggars will curse you if you say no.

Oh!That is really hard to find out.We can't say who the real beggar is but I can say that you help a beggar if you can and don't think more than that.Only then we can remain in peace after helping somebody.Beggars come in all forms and we can't identify them easily. So,just spare if you feel to or not!

I basically see this everywhere I go, and I choose depending on certain situations. Here's an example 2 I've come across. Example 1: Disabled veteran with no arms or legs playing a harmonica. Example 2: Man with sign and his whole family sitting off the to side (2 teenage children). I only choose to give to one of these. I choose example one.
So you're probably wondering why I didn't choose example 2. It mainly because I think he was soliciting his children! Who brings their children to a corner to try and earn money? Personally I think that's going too far. Why weren't the kids in school? You'd rather have them sit with you at a corner, not to mention embarrass them, just for a few bucks? Go find a damn job, you're perfectly capable. Example 1 didn't have a choice, he was missing limbs. The government wasn't helping him.
It's hard to decide who you are going to help. It's nice of people that they even do considering everyone is in some sort of financial hardship.
