Some people join another relationship even though they know that they are not over their ex girl friend or their ex boy boy. Do you think it is wise to join a relationship even though you know that you are not over your ex?

NO! This is a very bad idea. Chances are as soon as they get a chance to go back to that person they will and they will leave you there alone, not caring about you. The only person you hurt is yourself. They may say that they care about you when they really don't. They are thinking that they can use you to get over who they are not over yet, or they can use you to make the other person jealous. It's your call though no one can tell you what to do.
