A hurricane is a wide spiral shaped storm, often hundreds of miles wide, that forms over tropical waters. A tornado is a small funnel shaped cloud that drops out of a sever thunderstorm when conditions are right, they are usualy only a few hundred yards wide, sometimes as big as a mile wide, but monsters that big are rare. (0 percent of the tornados on earth occur in the U.S. and of those, 80 percent occure in our mid west region. this is because of the unique geography and weather conditions in that area.
There are people who actually chase these thngs for a living, or even just a hobby. I have always wanted to do it myself, sounds like a real adrenaline rush. I have seen a few myself. even though I live on the east coast, pretty far from the midwest, we do get them over my way sometimes.

Thanks Xfachtor for Your response. I know a little bit about USA but I know President Obama who ever lived in Indonesia when He was a child. Now, I understand the differences between storm and hurricane. Once more, thanks a lot Xfahctor , see You in the next time and next chance.
