The reputation-stars before your ID looks great,how do I get it? / myLot

Many mylotters got great reputation-stars before their IDs,I haven't get any for I'm fish here?What should I do to get this star and hang it just like you? otherwise,what's the meaning of the number 9 or 10 in the star?

10 is the highest, 1 is the lowest (unless there's a zero - but I've never seen one)... the star is based on how people rate you - the little plus and minus sign next to your discussions and your responses...
