Which toothBRUSH and toothPASTE you use?

Hello, people! I am using a simple blend-a-med soft toothbrush and Colgate Advanced Whitening toothpaste. I tried to use that expensive Oral-B toothbrush, it was a medium-type brush. After some time of using, I started to feel pain in my teeth. I went to a doctor and she said that this toothbrush was too rough for my teeth. She recommended me to use these soft and simple brushes, without any special add-ons. From now on I use a simple blend-a-med soft toothbrush. I was wondering, what is your toothbrushing gear? Which paste and brush do you prefer?

I like to use the soft toothbrush, because my teeth are very sensitive.I used a hard toothbrush and it made my teeth feel so painful. For toothpaste I like Ultra-Brite,it's supposed to whiten teeth but I really don't see a difference.I like it anyways.

I prefer these soft brushes too, because hard brush can damage the enamel of my teeth really bad. Thanks for answering!:)

I've heard that Sensodyne has a really positive influence on our teeth. However, I've never tried that one, so perhaps I should give it a try! Thanks for feedback!;)
