Hello esjosh
I like my name. So no intentions of changing it. But I am asking my son to name his baby boy as SRIHARI, as SRI stands for Mahalaxshmi and HARI stands for Maha Vishnu and if it is a aby girl, it should be SRIJA means, again SRI stands for Mahalakshmi and JHA stands for BIRTH. It is simple, crisp, fashionable, short, and at the same time Divine

I like the names vikram for a boy and Manasi for a girl. If I have to change my name, then I will go in for Sirisha (it is a name of a flower and this name is common in Andhra).

Hi there :) There are so many beautiful names around the world--personally I love princess names like Diana, Elizabeth, Margareth, etc. But as of now I am happy and contented with my name, knowing the reason behind it.
My name is Cecille Carmela. :) Cecille came from the patron saint of musicians St. Cecilia whose feast day falls on my birthday, while Carmela came from a Catholic church where my mom used to pray, Our Lady of Mount Carmel. It has been a belief that when you name your child after a saint, the child will also become saintly...
not sure if it is true, but with that I just came to believe that mom only wants the best for me that's why she had given me such name. :)
I guess that's the most important thing in choosing names. Choose one which has a deeper meaning ;D Sometimes I am attracted by unique and never heard names which has a story behind in after all :D

Thanks for the reply Cecille!!!!
You like names of Processes then have some more from my side also.
Jodha, Victoria,,,,
You have truly nice and delicious name. I really like it...
Now the logic to name your baby from some saint or God is may be they will also have chance to speak the same name as many time as they call the child. That is an additional benefit.
And name without meaning is worthless dear, I do agree with you.

There are lots of names that interest me, but I don't want to change my name. I like my name. Also, I think that it is the righ of the parents to name their kid. My name is selected by my uncle and my parents liked it. I have a collection of girl and boy names of my interest, which I will consider during the occassion of naming my kids.
