I can wake up at the right time if I am going somewhere or if there is a schedules trip without an alarm clock. But if I am exhausted, it's impossible for me to wake up on time or early without an alarm clock

Hallo....I will not turn the alarm clock "on" if tomorrow is school holidays, I can wake up a bit later, not necessary to wake up early, no need to send my daughters to school. Otherwise normally everyday I have to turn on my alarm clock before go to bed, just in case one alarm clock not able to wake me up, then I 'll set my handphone 's alarm clock too. Besides that I have another clock , that's no need to set, is My wife, she will wake all of us up in the morning..... :)

I used to sleep with alarm clock on during those days when I used to get up at 7:45 in the morning. Now, I stay very close by to my office and my shift starts only at 11 in the morning. So, I am sure that I will get up anyway before 11 am. Also, my husband lives in another country as a part of his job and he gives me a call at 8 am every morning. That works as an alarm to me.

Hi sunset. Frankly i am a very lazy guy in sleeping. I cant leave bed before 8 in d morning. I dont wish to hear the odd ringing sound of alarm clock who is ready to break my sleep. In case of emergency i tell my mom to live me on at needy time. So no alarm call. Lol

Dear acie,
I will definite set the alarm with my cell phone if I have
an important appointment the next day. I do not want to be late!
However, I will not set any alarm on weekend or normal days. I will
automatically wake up at 7:30 in the morning. I guess it is my biological
clock.
Cheers and happy myLotting to you too

Well, actually there's an internal alarm in everybody's body.. Just by telling ourself, and kepp repeating to ourself, the time needed to wake up the next day, we will surely automaticaly wake up, and also feeling very fresh.. lol =D
I dunno if that will happen to u, but it definitely works for me.. hehe ^_^ But for just in case, i will still have my alarm clock on, so that i wont missed out on waking up.. lol =D

well...if there is something important and i need to get up early in the morning , then i keep an alarm. however, i get up before even the alarm rings. they say that even the mind has an alarm inbuilt. if there is something in the mind, then you actually do not need an alarm...you will get up automatically.

Hi Acie,
It is really hard to get up in the morning of winter climate, thus I need to set up two alarms, one is in the cellphone and another is in the alarm clock. Sometimes I will turn off the cellphone while the ring is on, surely I will be late for work that day. On the contrary, my hub never used the alarm. When I seek for the secret how to make it work, he just advised that the alarm has been set in his heart already. It is really hard to imagine uh~~

I am not comfortable sleeping without an alarm clock or without setting my mobile phones alarm, that's how I feel when I have classes in the morning. I'm usually late and the alarm clock is the most important thing for me when I have appointments and classes the next day

lol...acie, to be frank I dare not go to bed without setting alarm clock if I need to get up early in the morning. I had been using clock since my school days till my working days. I did experienced the moment I couldn't wake up on time and late for school as well as work. This was because I forgot to set the alarm clock before the bedtime.
My body clock is not accurate all the time. I always awaken 20 minutes or more before the time set to wake. It's really annoying as I have lost the time that I should enjoy my sleep actually. Therefore having an alarm clock set before going to be we then can really enjoy the sound sleep heartily
Have a sound sleep and happy posting

hello acie girl!
well, honestly, i think i can't! haha but it can also depends on the situation i guess. coz when i am in other house i can wake up so early even without an alarm clock! haha
or maybe if i need to do really important thing in the morning, i think i can ake up even without it...coz maybe i don't really sleep that deep! coz i am just guarding the time.
but i think, if we are always waking up on the same time everyday & we are used to it, i guess our body clock will help us, to wake up on that time even without the help of an alarm clock!
but you know, for me, its better safe than sorry...so i make sure that the alarms are set before i go to sleep specially if hubby have important appointment for the day that should not be late...you know?! haha

yeah! goodbye world! and goodbye...everybody!
i don't always urinate in the middle of my sleep. very seldom does it happen.
i am also like you sometimes but most of the time hubby wakes up first. hehe sometimes he's so nice that he don't even want to disturb my sleep, but i wake up by myself & help him preparing his things...specially monday morning! then after he leaves...time to sleep again and sleep till lunch time! haha

hahhaha!YES, thats true..
or else goodbye world!lol...
hmm...as for me i could wake up early its just because i keep on urinating..lol!
and every time i go back off to bed..i take a look what time is it..
and if its still early for me to wake up..i go back to sleep again..
i dont have any appointments or something just seldom...
i often wake up just tell my hubby to wake up and i fix his things..
after that if i still feel sleepy i go off to bed again!lol!..
thanks!
hugs!..

I could sleep without any alarm clock as i already set on my body clock waht time I would wake up and just rise at the exact time where I like to wake up. because I already program already in my mind before i sleep at night at what time i would wake up even i stay late at night i could still wake up at exactly 7 am everyday.

Unfortunately, with or without an alarm clock, I usually sleep through it. I am a very heavy sleeper. My mom or dad or sibling usually have to wake me up. If they don't wake me up, I guess I will always be late for work. I know it is a bad habit but I cannot seem to help myself.

Hi,
I always sleep with alarm clocks on. With alarm clocks, i would probably wake up very late, and then of course, be late to work. I always sleep on midnight and it would be impossible for me to wake up naturely on time. And during weekends, i always wake up noon. It is really not a good habit, but whatever, i like it.
Have a good day.

Alarm clock? *looks up the word* Oh! that's what that is. No. Don't use it. My body will usually wake me when I need it to be. My blood sugar usually will alert me to when I need to be up either that or anxity over some stupid little thing. Only time both fail is if I let myself get sick and sleep it off the next day.

You reminded me of when my body time doesn't work. If I'm stressed or have a new job in the morning, then I wake up too early no matter when I go to bed.
