Have you seen something killed in front of you before you ate it?

Now I have seen and killed myself many fish, prawns and other seafood before I've eaten it but I must admit until last week I had never seen a chicken killed and 2 hours later on my plate as a meal and I must admit, although it tasted good, my stomach was a little.......ewwwwwwwwwww! I think we all should see it though as this was the only way we ate meat once upon a time, but still it was upsetting and in your face! How about you?

back in the old days, chickens would be running around and someone would have the job of axing its head off. you would then pluck the feathers off, clean it, prepare it, and there was supper. they didn't have much money so chicken dinner was a treat. i am like you. i am so use to just buying a chicken in the store and preparing it. if it was killed in front of me and then i would have to eat it, i wouldn't like that either.
