cake do not get brown from sides and its base.

i try baking a cake in convection oven but the cake do not get brown from sides and its base.why is it like this .previously i have microwave and in it also i didnt get cake browned from sides.
pls tell whats the problem with me. in recipe or cooking time or other problem with me?

If you're using a convection oven, you might have the heat settings too low. If your convection oven has settings if it can use both top and bottom heat, I suggest you do that and increase the temperature of the oven. I also increase the cooking/baking time when I use electric convection ovens because they don't cook the same way as regular ovens.
