Red Rockers

I'm thinking about trying out for the Red Rockers (Washington Capitals cheerleaders). Does anyone know anything about them (other than what I can find on their website)? I can't seem to find out how much they get paid per game/appearance. I also haven't been to a Caps game in the last couple of years so I have never seen them in person. Has anyone else here seen them? Any opinions? [I'm also trying out for the Baltimore Ravens cheerleaders, but that is more to support a friend who wants to tryout. I don't think I actually have a shot of making them because even though the website says there are no height & weight requirements I have heard otherwise.]
