Do you exercise?

been putting on some weight .I am running for the past 4 days-30 min each session.What about you?Been lazy?

hi! yes, I do my exercises every single day, two time in a day- on the morning and on the evening, for 30-40 minutes each. I like exercises, because it makes me strong and tough and i think we all should exercise, because it is healthy and we feel more better and stronger, i don't mean only the men, women should also do exercises!

No not really. As much as I would like to do that sometimes, I'm simply too lazy. But I can't say that I would be in bad shape. Sure I would love to look a little bit better but I'm fine the way I am. Who knows, I might exercise someday but so far no, I don't really have any plans on doing that.

I am not a person who really spends time exercising. Bad as it seems, that is the reason why I have gained weight. I need to focus myself and think of what having a good exercise will do to me. Sometimes, I am being thought of a senior citizen because of the weight that I have gained aside from the gray hair. But what is the most important thing, exercise is one of the ways for one person to be healthy and that should be my first and foremost concern.
