How many time have you been somewhere entirely new and you suddenly get the feeling you have been there before? It only last a second before it is gone and you can't even remember what triggered the feeling in the first place.
I often have intense feeling of deja-vu, and it can be very distressing. Actually ,they're more like certainties rather than feelings.
Imagine being ABSULUTELY certain that you've seen something before but you KNOW that it's impossible. It stanks

Yeah, I've have a lot of dejavus lately. Sometimes it just triggers. It's really kind of weird though. I usually stop and think then say to myself, "Hey, I've done this before" or "I have been here before." Things like that get sometimes confusing.

Yeah, i sometimes have feelings of déja-vus, when it's happen, i'm surprised and a little confuse because i'm asking "Does it means that i redo all the things that i already did in my ancient life?" (I believe in rebirth) but i don't think so because the science explain this feeling of deja-vu by bug of the brain who go too quickly or whatever, i don't remember the exact explanation xD. It's a sort of "premonition"...
