How often do you wash your hair?

I usually will wash my hair every week. Mainly on the same day every week. I used to wash it twice a week. But, I no longer will wash my hair that very often.

i wash my hair everyday while having my shower since i have shower everyday, specially today that its already summer here. besides i want my hair to smell good since i have a long hair, its embarrassing if someone smell it and if it smell not good. i use shampoo and conditioner with it though they said shampoo is to harsh i our hair as it can damaged our hair if used everyday. i dont know really maybe if we used it in bigger amount.

I shower everyday and my hair gets wet everyday. But i only use shampoo 2 times a week.

Hello my friend ronnyb Ji, Well, since my child-hood as taught by my mother, I along with two other elder sisters have been washing weekly on sundays or next available time. I have nothing artificiality linked with my hairs, so taht it has to be done inparticualr time and manner. They are now silky matching to my age. I wash my hair eveyday becaue I get intense activities that makes my hair sweat a lot. I just can't stand being dirty!

I always wash my hair since i take a bath daily. I have to make sure that my doesnt smell bad.

It’s a big problem washing my hair in winter…couldn’t do in more than once a week in the cold. It didn’t matter much either coz hair becomes less dirty in winter. But now that summer’s almost here, I can feel the grime and sweat so I’ll wash my hair more often now…maybe twice or even thrice a week.

I finally found a shampoo and conditioner that makes my hair so soft! I love it! I wash my hair once a week. That way it remains good looking and manageable.

Hi Ronny. I wash my hair every other day. I've heard somewhere that it isn't good to wash it every day as it can strip the natural oils in our hair. So, I tend to skip a day and wash it every other day instead. Happy mylotting!

I shower every day so i wash my hair most every day.I especially have to in the summer because i perspire on my head so bad. Guess i'm what u call a hothead, lol.

I have very long hair and I wear it up most of the time during the work week. I wash it once a week so that the colour doesn’t fade too quickly and it doesn’t frizz on me. The old shower cap comes out whenever I shower and all is well! I don’t blow dry it I just leave it natural, aside from the colour but those greys must be covered up!

About once a week. Not counting in the shower I mean. I like to give my hair special attention once a week, covering my dome in shampoo, and dunking it in some warm water to wash it off. My hair grows pretty fast whether I wash it or not. I think it's possessed or something. I wanted to go with that Micheal Jordan, shiny que-ball look, but it kept growing back after every day. Thinking about growing an afro this year, but don't want the hair to think it owns me or anything like that.

Well, I am a woman, but I don't use any products on my hair and I also don't have my hair processed at all. I typically wash my hair every other to every third day. However, there are some exceptions to this as there are always exceptions to every rule. I will wash my hair every day that I've been into a swimming pool at all because the chlorine is bad for my hair. There are periods that I go through in my life that I do have to wash my hair every single day because of spending time in a pool.

my hair is short and quite fine and if i dont stay on top of it, it tends to look flat and greasey, so to that end i wash it almost every day, i just like the way freshly washed hair looks.

I wash my hair once every 2 days. Washing my hair everyday makes it very dry and it becomes like straw. I put on a shower cap or just live it like that..it gets wet but i don't put shampoo on.

I wash my hair two or at most three times a week. My hair stylist suggested this and said that washing your hair every day produces negative effect. The same thing I read in several magazines and on the internet as well. I don't use any styling hair products like gel, wax or spray, so this suits me just fine.

It is very warm here in India especially in the south where I live, and we sweat a lot during the day time during summer months, and I wash my hair every day..I feel that it is good to wash hair frequently. I oil my hair once or twice month and let it soak overnight and wash it the next day. This is something that most south Indians would do. usually, i wash my hair, complete with shampoo and not just bath soap, whenever i take a bath. sometimes, before i hit the sack and take a shower, i wash my hair also. but i don't apply that much shampoo.
