Better to invest with: HYIP or PTC sites?

I know both of these options isn't good enough. I mean both are widely known to be a scam especially HYIP in which has been clearly discouraged by wikipedia.com or should I say negatively described. Go and check out wikipedia's description of HYIP to know what I mean. PTC sites on the other hand are somehow legit when it comes to using it for free but not on investing terms. Why? Because of the widely spread allegations of renting out bots. Now it's up to you if you believe that or not. 
So both are risky to use or to invest with but it's undeniable that the best sites of each party has been paying for quite a long period of time. I just won't mention the best sites of each party to avoid conflicts of interests or unfavorable judgment issues. Haha. 
Now, with the two types of risky investment platforms, which do you consider is the better to invest with? Plunge yourself into a risky business so pick one which you think is better.
