Dear Friends
Many/some times we work very hard for hours days and months but finally we face a convincing defeat and that defeat adds tear to our heart that at times comes into our eyes too ...........
I restrict those tears to my heart and ensure my eyes remain dry with mild smile on my face and no one knows that I m infact weeping ..........
How Do You Hide The Tears That Defeat Brings To You ?

I am a man and i do not show tears in front of anybody. Well, to tell you the truth, at the condition you mentioned in your post, I will just make a small smile. I have ever join a competition. It's in my college year. I have prepared so hard, practice and do alot of things include preparing myself to lose. SO during the competition, I perform my best, yet I lose the match. Yup. it hurts a lot. But i tried to congratulate the winner. He won fair and square and i believe he is better than me during the competition.
Deep inside, the feeling of defeat is never nice but i tried to overcome it by looking at my weaknesses. Try to make it into my strengths. There will always be defeats and loses in every condition.
but remember this: You are not done when you lose. You are Finish if you quit.

It's unhealthy to keep your feelings inside. If I feel like crying, I do so. I rarely cry when other people are around but I let my feelings out and don't keep them inside. It's been proven that people who don't express their feelings freely have a higher rate of heart attacks so please don't be so hard on yourself--go ahead and cry! And while you're at it, laugh at every opportunity!

Dear Friend
Yes thanks for sharing this precious knowledge I agree with you that we must express ourselves sincerely to avoid any health problem .
But this world has become strange place since people are forgetting GOD who is our creator this world most of times is ready to share success and laughter very few to share tear/sorrows and defeat.......
But yes I will always remember your words when it comes to defeat and tears I dont hide it from GOD and I could not even if I want and GOD take cares of me in hour of grief ......

Hiding it from others shows the strength that you have within yourself, but to let the tears flow in private is a way for the lesson to take root. Every lesson that we learn is like a seed that will grow into a beautiful flower of experience. The tears are the nourishment that helps that seed to take root. Tears can be comforting. It's like a rite of passage.

There is a misconsception that tears are to be hidden and they are nothing to fear in fact. Just the natural rythm of the soul as it is riding life's ebb and flow.

I don't hide the tears of defeat. I don't like to hide my tears unles it hurts somebody. I cried recently when my room mate vacated. I tried to hide my tears because I didn't want to see that feel for it. She was getting married and I wanted her to be happy. Yesterday, I got a new room mate, but I didn't like her. She is kind of crazy. There is no point in crying for it.

I am a person that easy to cry but I would hide my tears when many people around me.I don't want others to see my tears and I want to show them that I am OK. I just cry alone or with my dear friends sometimes. I think it's not the bad thing to cry out, sometimes we need cry to release.

Oh my, i tried not. but unconsciously it would flow out at any time if not controlled. So i need to find a place where no one can see me when tears ready to fall down through my eyes. LOL. I don't want to see me that I'm weak.. But in the moment that I could carry on, I try to swift away those anticipation. Just having a brave heart.

i think, crying is one way to make ourselves better. is not good if too much/often cry, it signifies that we are going to look weaker.. and it will make other people more easily to oppress us.. so in my opinion, better to be more mature and avoid the crying, except if you are already too sick..
