hi there lisa, welcome to MYLOT.. as for your question, yes, my parents are celebrating it by havin a good dinner or sometimes going out of town with the rest of the family..

Thanks for your kindly reply. In my country, we young people always celebrate it. But for the generation of my parents, they always ignore it. They seems to value some other traditional holidays but valentine. They love each other, but they just don't always express their feelings or love.

welcome to the wonderful world of mylot lisa. my parents are separated already and my father has another wife. they have a 17 year old son so my mother is single for so many years already. she is half bodied paralyze and we bring her out every once in a while. this valentines day i am not sure but i hope we can bring her out but not on the exact date. it is kind of crowded everywhere during valentines day.

yes as long as i have time me and my wife and child visit her and bring her out. but if i am busy or working out of town it is imposible for me to do that. my other siblings only brings her out if someone invited her but they dont bring my mother out to stroll. but if i have time i really bring her out.

Valentine day is a special day in all day of month.. for showing your love.. or you say.. it's a day of love.. and you can wish to your lover your friend's and your parent's your relative.. it's a day of love .. and for me it's also a beautiful day.. but i have no any valentine. But on that day i will want to say I Love You to my parents and my friend's.. but me and my parent's don't celebrate valentine day but we wish to each other on that day.. tahnking you. keep mylotting..
