When you go to the grocery store are there certain things that you must have brand name of and will not settle for anything less...... Here are a list of mine....I have to have Maxwell House Coffee, Miracle Whip Salad dressing, my husband likes A1 for his steak, Jif peanut butter is the best (will eat Save-a-lot brand but no other store brand), We have to have Kraft or Borden cheese in the single slices and last but not least Ketchup for eating is Heinz but will use the store brand for my meatloaf.....other than that we are good..... we would rather have pepsi or coke but not preference over one or the other.... which ever one is on sale.... Do you feel that there are some things that you have to have in Brand and not store brand names....

It depends. If the brand on sale is something that you also like then go after it because of the discount or savings that you'll have so that you can buy other stuff. But if it is not a brand known to you, well, it is worth the try (you'll never know unless you try, right?) but based on personal experience, I usually ended up throwing them. Try free samples first if there are available to avoid waste.
