I really belief that all these major sporting events that take place every 4years or so place a financial burden upon the host nation. The host nation spend billions on infrastructure and every local person think he or she is gong to get rich of the event. That rarely is the case. Most of the time the host nation is left in dire debt after such an event. I believe only countries that can afford such events should host that events. What do you think?
